Lagerage is an established company in Zell am See, offering garages, offices and storage units. Together, we were able to deploy our booking platform in a cloud-based environment that ensures a fully digital operation of the self storage facility and interfaces with various services that allow users to have a secure and seamless booking process.
Overview
Lagerage GmbH is a well-established company in the heart of Zell am See with over 30 storage units, more than 12 garages and numerous offices. Most of the daily tasks were done manually with pen and paper, which meant that all rentals required customers to make an appointment and sign in person. Records were kept on a spreadsheet and needed to be updated regularly.
Solution
Together, we were able to deploy our booking platform in a cloud-based environment that interfaces with numerous services to provide customers with a secure, seamless and enjoyable booking process. Customers can now book online and access their unit immediately. Saving time, stress and paper.
To further automate mundane tasks, our system generates monthly reports that are automatically sent to the accounting department, eliminating the need for spreadsheets. All contracts and reports are automatically generated, emailed and stored in a digital archive.
Features such as single sign-on, where customers do not have to create an account but can use one they already have, such as Google or Microsoft, have reduced the time it takes to book a unit.
Lagerage GmbH also wanted secure access to the self-storage units, where access codes are generated during the storage booking process, so we implemented a standalone cloud-based security system that generates and manages the codes and keeps a log of all activity, which can be accessed on demand in the admin view.
