Education & Career
After my apprenticeship as an electrician, I was allowed to get to know the world of railroads. After several years in vehicle maintenance, operational service and emergency management in a railroad company, the call for change reached me. I completed a degree in railroad engineering and now work as a project manager for software projects and all-rounder in railroad engineering in a higher-level department. For more than 15 years I have been passionately programming various applications - learned in self-study - and also take care of the underlying infrastructure. This allows me to combine the very structured and process-oriented world of railroads with the possibilities of digital automation. The combination of both worlds enables a completely different view of companies. That’s why I support the SweetPopcorn.Studio team as a consultant in the field of digitalization and automation.
Fields and expertise
My strengths lie in my structured and analytical way of working. I am mainly responsible for the areas of consulting and digitalization. When time allows (and I’m always looking forward to that) I can apply my knowledge in software development, cloud services and the IoT area parctically.
